Q, Can we get married or have a large party at Terra Meade?
A, Unfortunately no, our septic system has a limited capacity and our use permit will not allow more than 20 people on the property. We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors who we respect their desire for peace and quiet of our rural setting.
Q, How many people will the place sleep?
A, Main house sleeps 6 adults or up to 10 people including children, Guest cottage sleeps 4 Adults and one child in the day bed.
Q, What payment methods do you accept?
A, All reservations, fees and bookings are handled directly through VRBO.
Q, Do we need to pay anything up front to secure our reservation?
A, Yes, first nights rental upon booking, and final payment due in full 60 days prior to arrival (this is all handled through VBRO).
Q, How do I find the place?
A, Address and directions supplied after confirmed reservation. See VRBO for general location.
Q, Can we bring pets to the property?
A, NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed in or about the Property.
Q, Do you have towels?
A, Yes.
Q, Is the main house air-conditioned?
A, Yes, both the main house and cottage are air-conditioned.
Q, Where can I rent bikes?
A, Sonoma Valley Cyclery provides bicycle rentals. Our geography is fairly flat and several wineries are in close proximity to our house.
Q, What is your cancellation policy?
A, Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the Arrival Date will be approved with a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the Arrival Date will not be approved unless the Owners are able to rent the Property for the same dates.
